Home Truths:
– Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $75 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
– You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
– Property has four (4) exterior cameras (Ring floodlights above both entrance doors and 2 in the back yard) installed. Cameras record audio and visual for up to 60 seconds upon motion activation.

Parking Details:
A 3 stall garage is available for cars in addition to the driveway. 7 cars can fit comfortably. The driveway is heated but must be turned on. The knob to start the driveway heat is on the wall to the right of the speakeasy door. Twist the knob and enjoy a snow-less driveway.
